Janhvi Kapoor Good Luck Jerry: Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor will soon be seen in ‘Good Luck Jerry’. Talking about the film, Jhanvi told that she has learned Bihari dialect for her upcoming film ‘Good Luck Jerry’. The film revolves around the life of a young girl, Jerry. The film is about her struggles, how she moves ahead in her life and does so much to save her mother from illness.
The film stars Jhanvi Kapoor, Deepak Dobriyal, Meeta Vashisht, Neeraj Sood and Sushant Singh in lead roles. Jhanvi Kapoor plays the role of ‘Jerry’, a simple girl from a small town in India, in this film. Obviously, it was very important for the actress to understand the Bihari dialect for the role of the city the actress represented.
Commenting on her accent for the film, Janhvi said, “I have trained extensively for Bihari dialect. We had some coaches named Ganesh sir and Mr. Vinod. We attended a workshop and listened to all those songs. He also got me a job done. We used to do exercises in which he used to ask me to abuse Bihari as a part of training. After all, the whole training was a lot of fun. I am very grateful to know the syntax of that section of my country.’
The film, directed by Siddharth Sen and produced by Aanand L Rai’s Color Yellow Productions, Lyca Productions and Mahavir Jain, is releasing on July 29 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
