Taapsee Pannu On Rishi Kapoor : Taapsee Pannu will soon be seen in the biopic ‘Shabaash Mithu’ of Mithali Raj. These days the actress is promoting the film. In this connection, the actress recently reached the sets of ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’ where she talked about the late actor Rishi Kapoor.
Taapsee shared her experience of working with the late actor. The actress said, ‘It was fun to be around Rishi Kapoor ji during work. Initially when I met him, the first thing he said was, ‘What kind of name is this, Taapsee?’ Jokingly’. The actress further said, ‘Rishi ji used to call me an experienced actress, after knowing that I did 10 south Indian films. We shared a good bond during the shooting of ‘Mulk’ and had a great time working together. I used to call him a bully bag.
Taapsee said, ‘I used to feel proud to hear praise from him. Working with him and getting compliments will always be one of my biggest achievements. I will always shower praises on Rishi ji and will remember him. Let us tell you that Shabaash Mithu, directed by Srijit Mukherjee, is a biopic on former Indian cricketer Mithali Raj, in which Taapsee will be seen playing the role of a cricketer. The film will release on July 15. Talking about the show, the dance reality show Dance Deewane Juniors which is judged by Neetu Kapoor, Nora Fatehi and Marzi Pestonji is telecasted on Colors. Rishi Kapoor is often remembered in the show.
